About us

A neighborhood bakery built on slow fermentation and fast smiles.

Rose & Crumb started as a weekend market stall and grew into a corner shop where regulars know the bakers by name. We stone-mill a portion of our grains, source eggs from a farm twenty minutes away, and never rush our sourdough—just flour, water, salt, and time.
